About Bri

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Brianna, but all of my friends and loved ones call me Bri. I am a passionate Artist and devoted Baker in the heart of Orange County, CA. My journey through art and food began the Winter of 2015. After dabbling in a variety of arts, I finally discovered the PERFCT one: The Art of Baking. 

I found myself enthralled by all types of Sugar Art! Buttercream, Royal Icing and Sugar Paste quickly consumed my life. My sheer love for art and dedication to baking transformed into a deliciously, beautiful situation. The decision to start Baked by Bri was a no brainer. My kitchen has become not only my sanctuary, but a licensed home bakery for all to enjoy my creations. To ensure the utmost quality, every Sugar Cookie is decorated with care and every Cake is frosted with love.
