Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Brianna, but all of my friends and loved ones call me Bri. I am a passionate Artist and devoted Baker in the heart of Orange County, CA. My journey through art and food began the Winter of 2015. After dabbling in a variety of arts, I finally discovered the PERFCT one: The Art of Baking.
I found myself enthralled by all types of Sugar Art! Buttercream, Royal Icing and Sugar Paste quickly consumed my life. My sheer love for art and dedication to baking transformed into a deliciously, beautiful situation. The decision to start Baked by Bri was a no brainer. My kitchen has become not only my sanctuary, but a licensed home bakery for all to enjoy my creations. To ensure the utmost quality, every French Macaron is sandwiched with care, every Sugar Cookie is decorated with great detail, and every Cake is frosted with love.
