Hi, I'm Bri!

My name is Brianna, though most people know me simply as Bri. I'm an artist, baker, and the owner of Baked by Bri, a licensed home bakery proudly serving Orange County, California.

My creative journey began in the winter of 2015. After exploring many different artistic mediums, I discovered the one that truly captured my heart—the art of baking.

I quickly fell in love with every aspect of sugar artistry, from buttercream and royal icing to fondant and intricate edible details. What began as a creative passion soon evolved into a business dedicated to crafting desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

Today, my kitchen is both my creative studio and my licensed bakery, where every order is designed and handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail. Whether I'm decorating custom sugar cookies or creating elegant celebration cakes, each piece is thoughtfully made using quality ingredients, artistic craftsmanship, and genuine care.
